The Fisherman model is a sportsman bushcraft knife.  It s a nice, thin (5 64 inch thick) convex grind.  This knife has pretty nice flexiblity to it, somewhere between a boning knife and a fillet knife.  A dedicated fillet knife might be thinner and more flexible, where this here would make a great general sportsman s knife.Â
